It’s almost Spring, friends! So excited for warmer weather, lighter layers, and spring cleaning… and that’s what we’re focusing on this month. We’re excited for a Home Makeover Challenge that we’ll begin in April, so our Wellness Ideas are based around that. We also have a CBD Challenge happening March 16-29 and would love for you to join us! All you need is a CBD Dropper of your choice plus a Calm CBD Roller and/or CBD Muscle Balm.

DREAM OILERS OILS OF THE MONTH
For the rest of the year, we're going to be announcing our Oils of the Month a month BEFORE we're going to be using them so that everyone can get them added to their ER order and have them ready to go on the first of the month!
Our oils of the month for April are going to be SURRENDER & GRATITUDE. Surrender provides aromas to help cast off inhibitions that may be controlling your life or limiting your potential. Gratitude helps to foster a grateful attitude and embrace the blessings in your life. If you don't have them yet, add them to your March ER order or grab them with some ER points so you can use them in April! We’ll share some ideas for using them in April.
Here are some ideas to use this month’s oils, TRANSFORMATION & ENVISION in March!
TRANSFORMATION
Transformation is all about replacing stored negative emotions with joy, hope, and courage. It reaches into the deepest parts of memory to empower and uphold changes you want to make in your belief system since positive, uplifting beliefs are foundational for the transformation of behavior. Transformation is a blend of purifying oils like Lemon and Peppermint and revitalizing oils like Sandalwood and Frankincense. Idaho Blue Spruce anchors new mental programming. It’s the perfect blend to focus on transformation this month!
ENVISION
Envision renews focus and stimulates creative and intuitive abilities needed to achieve goals and dreams. It helps to reawaken internal drive and independence to overcome fears and emotional blocks so that we can move past them and make our dreams a reality! This will totally be helpful moving out of January when we may have been super motivated by a new year and into February, where we may need that extra push!
IDEAS FOR USING TRANSFORMATION + ENVISION
make a roller with 20 drops transformation
add smoky quartz, which helps to release negative emotions
make a spray with 10 drops each of transformation & envision, a little bit of witch hazel, and top off with water
spray sheets, couches, car seats, etc. that you sit in daily to help keep your thoughts positive
make a roller with 15 drops each of transformation & envision and top off with carrier oil
roll on wrists and behind ears each morning while saying a positive affirmation pertaining to your goals; example affirmations
I attract positivity.

put a drop of transformation & envision on a washcloth and put in the bottom of the shower in the morning to get ready for your day

MARCH WELLNESS IDEAS
SURRENDER & GRATITUDE

THIEVES HOUSEHOLD CLEANER
This cleaner is the absolute best and is a super simple way to ditch harsh chemicals and switch to plant based products. You can add it with water to a spray bottle (just 1 capful per 8-16 oz. water) or make your own DIY cleaning supplies with it! We always have an extra bottle on hand. We noticed a huge change in our wellness when we ditched the toxic ingredients in our home and switched to Thieves products.
THIEVES LAUNDRY SOAP
If you have any skin or respiratory issues at all, I highly recommend making the switch to Thieves Laundry Soap! My husband and kids all have allergies and eczema, and the difference switching to this Laundry Soap was unbelievable! Over the years, we had tried so many “natural” options that made little to no difference. It was when we made the switch to Thieves Cleaner & Laundry Soap that we noticed a huge positive change in their breathing and saw a significant decrease in their skin issues!
THIEVES DISH SOAP
This all natural soap smells great and is super concentrated. You can use the dish soap as is, but I also love this hack that cuts down on cost and adds more suds! I fill this mason jar dispenser halfway with water and a tsp of baking soda and mix it well. Then I fill the remaining half with Thieves Dish Soap. So simple!
THIEVES FOAMING HAND SOAP
Friends!!! You need this soap in your life! Seriously! Every time someone comes to our house and uses our soap, they always ask where we got it. It smells that good. Plus, since it’s natural, it actually nourishes your skin rather than drying it out. I like to dilute it 1/2 soap : 1/2 water in this foaming hand soap pump from Amazon.
THIEVES SPRAY & HAND SANITIZER
These are a must have for me! We use the Spray for shopping carts, toys that can’t be washed, backpacks… I’ve even used it as a quick unwrinkle/stink be gone spray for clothes on vacation. This larger Hand Sanitizer is more bang for your buck, and you can use it to refill smaller containers like these for the kids to bring to school or to throw in your purse.
THIEVES FRUIT & VEGGIE SPRAY
This spray makes cleaning your fruits and veggies so simple! Knowing what I’m cleaning our produce with (plant-based ingredients) makes me feel so much safer. This is also great to keep at your office in case you don’t have a chance to “wash” your fruits and veggies for snacks/lunch. Simply spray and rinse.
THIEVES COUGH DROPS
These are so good to have on hand! Whether you truly have a cough and/or sore throat or are just looking to boost your immune system, these are a great choice. We always make sure to have a couple for flights when we’re trapped with a bunch of other people and who knows what germs.
THIEVES WHITENING TOOTHPASTE
You’re in for a treat if you haven’t tried this toothpaste yet! It is great for whitening teeth with natural ingredients, tastes great, and foams so even if your significant other hasn’t been a fan of other natural toothpastes, he or she is sure to love this one!
PURIFICATION
We’re really focusing on ditching the toxins with this month’s Wellness Ideas, and Purification is a must have. It’s great for purifying the air and is used in a bunch of DIY cleaning recipes. Try these two! Add a drop of Purification to 4-6 dryer balls and get rid of toxic dryer sheets. Add 10 drops to 1/4 cup of baking soda, and use it as an all natural carpet deodorizer.
INNER DEFENSE
Inner Defense is exactly what it says, a defense reinforcement for your system! It creates unfriendly terrain for yeast/fungus, promotes healthy respiratory function, and includes oils that are helpful for immune support. With all the gunk going around, we want to have this ready to use in our wellness cabinets! It is suggested to take 1 Inner Defense daily in the AM or 3-5 times daily when needed and to follow up with Life 9 at night.
LIFE 9
Probiotics are key to gut health! Life 9 is an amazing probiotic that you’ll want to take every single day to be proactive about your wellness.
