AUGUST WELLNESS IDEAS
This month, our ideas are all about supporting our overall wellness and helping with focus. With kids going back to school, adults going back to work, and the world the way it is, it’s super important for us to be proactive!
THIEVES & VETIVER
Make sure to grab next month's Dream Oilers Oils of the Month so you can start using them on September 1 (or before)! THIEVES is a must have for every home heading into fall and back to school/work. VETIVER is amazing for helping with focus and is perfect to use when working on school work, a big project, or even just to get things done around the home. SUPER C
Vitamin C is so important for our wellness! Our bodies do not produce vitamin C, so supplementing can improve and support our health. This means that you get rid of what you don’t need easily. OWIE
This is a must have for anyone with kids (or anyone who is clumsy like me)! Owie is perfect for cuts, scrapes, bumps, or bruises (add some Valor with it for bruises), and will clear tears and soothe skin.

This is a great oil for focusing and not getting distracted. You can add it to a roller with Vetiver, Lavender, Cedarwood, and Tangerine. Or diffuse it with Vetiver and Citrus Fresh during homework time. It has an earthy scent, so adding florals or citrus oils to it is a great idea. This oil is like a vacation in a bottle! It’s my absolute favorite. It’s great for emotional support, helping the stress melt away. This is going to be in the diffuser everyday as I tackle homeschooling for sure! It’s also a great oil to make a roller with some citrus oils, Joy, Valor, and/or Copaiba for stress relief on the go.
ONE HEART
This gem was released at Convention and is now a new favorite of ours! It was formulated to bring people together and encourage a bright outlook on life and the awareness that we are all in this together. Everyone I’ve talked to who has gotten this has LOVED it, and it pairs perfectly with Stress Away!
