If you read DIY and got SUPER EXCITED, this post is for YOU to make your life easier! These are some of my favorite DIY base recipes as well as a link to some of my favorite DIY materials and products to make those things!

ROLLERS ↠ Rollers are SO SIMPLE to make! You just need a roller bottle, some carrier oil, and the essential oils of your choice. My carrier of choice is fractionated coconut oil! The number of drops of essential oil will depend what kind of roller you’re making and who it’s for.

HOW TO:
1. Add the desired drops of essential oil to your roller bottle.
2. Top off with carrier oil of choice (making sure to leave space for the roller to fit).
3. Roll on as needed!

SPRAYS ↠ Sprays are also SUPER SIMPLE to make! Use a glass spray bottle, witch hazel, water, and the essential oils of your choice, and you’re good to go! For a 1 oz. spray bottle, I like to add about 15-20 drops total of essential oils.

HOW TO:
1. Add the desired drops of essential oil to your spray bottle.
2. Fill halfway with witch hazel (if you choose to use it).
3. Top off with water (making sure to leave some room for the spray nozzle top).
4. Shake and spray!

FAVORITE MATERIALS:

1 oz. spray bottles

CREAMS ↠ Young Living sells a few different lotions and a body butter, but if you would prefer to make your own, here’s my favorite base recipe!

1. Stir/mix 1/4 cup organic, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil for a few minutes until it is smooth.
2. Add desired drops of essential oils (depending on the recipe I will add 30-60 drops of essential oils).
3. Mix well until all essential oils are mixed with coconut oil.
4. Store in a cool, dry place and use as needed. If it melts, you can put it in the refrigerator to harden, and it is still great to use!
