Silver is the fourth rank you will earn in your Young Living business! Watch this video to learn about the requirements to earn Silver (and an average paycheck of $2,088) and the $1,500 SILVER BOUND Silver Bonus.

SILVER BOUND SILVER BONUS

This photo shows the requirements to earn the Silver Bonus and will help you to plan out your legs to earn the Silver Bonus. You have four months to hit Silver after the first month you hit Executive. For example, if you hit Executive for the first time in April, you have until the END of August to earn the Silver Bonus. You can earn the Silver bonus even if you didn’t earn the Star, Senior Star, or Executive bonuses.

Continue what you were doing when working towards Star, Sr. Star, and Executive. Networking, enrolling new members, helping members to get on Essential Rewards, and helping members to share are ESSENTIAL to growing your business all the way through Royal Crown Diamond!

Work with your leg leaders to support them in reaching their next rank.

  • Our success is determined by how well we help others! Check out this math.

    • Help two of your legs to get to Executive and a third leg to get to Sr. Star, and you’re a Silver!

      • Help your legs help their legs to get to their next ranks (2 Sr. Star legs = Executive and 4 Star legs or 2 Stars at 1,000 ogv each = Sr. Star)!

  • Make sure your legs know about and understand the requirements for Silver Bound. That will help them to get their foundation in place. Help them to teach their legs about it too!

Use Reports in the Virtual Office to support your team. Consider investing in the Oily Tools and Oily Trends apps to help with this as well.

  • Use the Months Without Ordering feature to check in on members who haven’t ordered in 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 11 months to offer value and help them to use their oils so that they don’t wind up going Inactive.

  • Check the Missing Autoship Report a week before the end of the month, and help your team to get their order processed before the end of the month.

  • Use the Money Missers Report in Oily Tools to make sure no one is missing out on a paycheck.

  • Use the Close to Rank Report in Oily Trends to see who’s close to rank (double check against VO) so that you can cheer them on and offer support.

Continue investing in personal development and learning skills to help you be successful and encourage your team to do the same.

  • Share what personal development you’re doing with your team! Post your favorite podcast episodes or snippets of your favorite books or your takeaways from them in Dream Oilers Business so others can check them out.
