SILVER BOUND EXECUTIVE BONUS
This photo shows the requirements to earn the Executive Bonus and will help you to plan out your legs to earn the Exec Bonus. You have three months to hit Executive after the first month you hit Sr. Star. For example, if you hit Sr. Star for the first time in April, you have until the END of July to earn the Exec Bonus. You can earn the Exec bonus even if you didn’t earn the Star or Sr. Star bonuses.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Continue what you were doing when working towards Star and Sr. Star. Networking, enrolling new members, helping members to get on Essential Rewards, and helping members to share are ESSENTIAL to growing your business all the way through Royal Crown Diamond!

Help two of your legs get to Sr. Star, and you’re an Executive!
Help your legs get two of their legs to 1,000 OGV each, and they’re a Sr. Star!
Help your legs’ legs get two legs to Star, and they’re at 1,000 OGV, halfway to Sr. Star!
How do you support them to get there? Think about the things that you needed when you were working towards Sr. Star. Who helped you? What did they do to help you? Did they help to teach a class? Empower you as a leader? Tag you in things that could help you achieve your goals? Now, just because something worked for you doesn’t mean it will work for them, but it will give you a starting point!
Also, get to know the people on your team! Let them know you care about them outside of oils. Learn about their personality types, what their goals are, what motivates them, and how to communicate effectively with them.
Shout out your team for all of the awesome things they’re doing.
I know this was part of our Sr. Star tips, but it’s so important! Helping our people feel seen, appreciated, and loved is so important!
Keep shouting your team out in Dream Oilers Business.
Send your members some happy mail (if that makes you happy)! A sweet letter in the mail means so much!
Text or message your business builders to let them know what an awesome job they’re doing in something SPECIFIC.
Host something fun and/or educational for your team.
Get together in person with your team! You can have something casual to get to know each other, to make some fun DIYs, to create dream boards together, or to do something else. You could host a speed oiling or essential oils 101 class that everyone can come to and bring their members/potential members. Whatever floats your boat!
Host an online intro workshop/class that your team can invite their potential members to so that you can all learn together! Organize the content and ask if anyone on your team wants to head up a post. Consider giving away a participation prize! This could be a 101 class or maybe something specific to your team - oils & kids, teachers & oils, athletes & oils, etc.
Spend time on personal development.
One of the best things you can do for your business (and yourself) is to invest time growing as a person. Read books. Listen to podcasts. Go to conferences! Evaluate your inner circle; you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. I’m going to work on a list of books and podcasts that I love and will add it here once it’s done!
