Alright. Let's put it all together.

When you order 50 PV (ER or Quick Order), you qualify for the Start Living Bonus (called Starter Kit Bonus on the VO) and the Fast Start Bonus ONLY.

When you order 100 PV (ER or Quick Order), you qualify for the Start Living (Starter Kit) Bonus, Fast Start Bonus, Unilevel Commissions, and Generation Bonuses (for Silver and above ranks).

When you order 100 PV on ER, you qualify for ALL commissions including the Start Living (Starter Kit) Bonus, Fast Start Bonus, Unilevel Commissions, Generation Bonuses, AND Rising Star Bonus. There are also a couple of things that we haven't talked about yet that you have access to when you place your 100 PV ER order.

The first one is resources! We have additional Facebook groups with business training to help you learn more about the Compensation Plan, maximize your paycheck, develop personally, have fun, and be a part of a super tight knit tribe! This also allows you to add anyone who orders their kit through you to the FB groups that you are a part of.

The second perk of having 100 PV ER orders is restructuring, which is a strategy that our team uses to help us grow quickly and to give everyone access to more support! When someone orders their PSK, they are assigned an Enroller and a Sponsor. When they use your link, you will be both the Enroller and the Sponsor.

Young Living allows Members to change the Sponsor of someone who orders the PSK to someone else. This allows everyone to work as a team, support each other, and have access to additional leadership. When you change the Sponsor, your friend or family member will have access to another person to talk about oils with, and it will also help to build your team and their team.

When restructuring, we want to make sure that we are giving someone a strong support system, so that is why we typically only restructure under those who are commited to 100 PV on ER. This shows that they are a product of the product and living the Dream Oiler lifestyle and that they are committed to supporting their team.
