We’ve talked through the who, what, when, where, why, and how of Essential Rewards. Now, let’s talk through some Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Enroller.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR ER?

  1. Log into your Young Living account at https://www.youngliving.com/vo/#/login

  2. Click on Essential Rewards and then enroll.

  3. Add items to your cart, complete all information, and complete your purchase.

  4. After your order has shipped, update your ER cart with what you’d like the following month.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ER ORDER AND A QUICK ORDER?

  • With an Essential Rewards Order, you get points towards free products, cheaper shipping, the ability to earn additional products for free from Young Living, and the ability to earn special bonuses in YL’s compensation plan (if you’re sharing the love and helping people get started). 

  • You do NOT earn points towards free products with Quick Orders or receive discounted shipping on Quick Orders.

HOW MANY ER ORDERS CAN I PLACE EACH MONTH?
One in the USA. Other markets may be different.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES OOS IN MY ER CART?
Make sure to sign up for PV Assistant! Add items to your PV Assistant and set your PV Goal, and if something goes OOS and you miss it, your PV Assistant will add items to your ER order (from the TOP to the BOTTOM) until your cart is at least your desired PV.

HOW SOON MAY I REDEEM POINTS THAT I EARN?
You may redeem points after two months of being an Essential Rewards member (after your second order processes).

HOW DO I USE MY ER POINTS TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS?

  • Click on Quick Order.

  • Add the oils/products you would like to your cart.

  • When you get to Payment, select Essential Rewards Points. Click on the products you would like to purchase using your points. You MUST have enough points to cover each individual product you would like to buy using points. You can NOT pay for one product partially with points and partially with another payment method.

  • You can NOT use your Essential Rewards points to cover shipping.

CAN I USE MY POINTS ON ALL PRODUCTS?
No, but you can use them on MOST products. Any product with a small blue flag next to the PV is available for purchase with ER points (when viewing in the Quick Order Tab of the Virtual Office). Certain products with limited stock and/or new products may not be able to be purchased using points. Additionally, the PV and $ value of a product must be the same in order for it to be purchased with ER points.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY LOYALTY GIFTS?
The gift will be added automatically to the next processed Essential Rewards order. For example, if a member reaches his or her third month in June, the gift for the third month would be added to the Essential Rewards order in July. If you cancel your Essential Rewards order the month after you’ve earned a gift, the gift will come with your next processed Essential Rewards order, should you choose to reactivate in the program.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ER ORDER?
Not a frequently asked question, but we thought we should include it! Contact Young Living at 1-800-371-3515 to cancel your ER order. Make sure to use all points prior to cancelling as you forfeit them once you cancel. Additionally, when you restart ER, you will restart at 10% again AND restart your months towards earning loyalty gifts. You can NOT earn a loyalty gift more than once.
