Here are some recipes to use for the “general” roller labels! The drops are suggestions for adults (use less drops for kids) - play around with them to see what works best for you! Add them to your roller and fill it 3/4 of the way with carrier oil (like V-6 oil from YL, coconut oil, or jojoba oil). Try it out and see how you like it. Add more carrier if it’s too strong or add more drops of essential oils if you want it to be stronger. Any oils that have a * after it may cause photosensitivity, so be sure to stay out of the sun for 12ish hours.
