There are literally thousands of ways that you can use your oils, but we have broken down our top three ways to use each oil in your Premium Starter Bundle in the graphics below.
Young Living essential oils can be used aromatically (breathe them in), topically (apply to your skin), and internally (ingest) as dietary supplements. Young Living essential oils can also be used in safe cleaning product recipes. This is NOT true of other brands of oils, so please only use the following information with Young Living oils!
