In November 2015, I dove nose first into the Young Living essential oils world to help alleviate everyday stress that was interfering with daily tasks. As I learned more about the wellness benefits of essential oils, it was easy to incorporate them and other oil-infused products into my family’s daily routine. Then in late 2016, I began an essential oil-infused yoga home practice to add more vitality in my own wellness, especially in my mental and emotional health. Essential oils and yoga are a robust combination that promote heightened mental acuity, emotional resilience, and physical mobility and balance. I love sharing my experience with it, just as I love sharing the wellness benefits and the abundance Young Living has afforded my family.

Frankincense, RC, and Valor are my top 3 favorites because they’re essential for my emotional well-being. I love using Frankincense topically on my face in the morning and evening. Not only does it promote healthier-looking skin, but it is also calming to me. I usually apply RC topically on my chest whenever I start to feel overwhelmed. The aromas of eucalyptus oils are refreshing. Valor is my go-to for all kinds of social events. If you need me, I’m the best-smelling introvert in the room.
