ESSENTIAL OILS TO SOOTHE PAIN

Graphics - Soothe Pain.jpg

Whether you're sore from a workout or have some deeper aches, essential oils are a great, natural way to soothe your body. Unlike some things you can find in the aisle at the grocery store, essential oils will support your body and help with the soreness without causing any harm. Along with drinking enough water daily and getting enough sleep so that your body can naturally restore itself, essential oils can help with things like headaches, migraines, arthritis, pulled muscles, and more. Let's talk about some of our favorites!

PanAway

  • roll onto temples as needed and drink lots of water for a headache or migraine

  • make your own DIY cream

    • mix PanAway, Peppermint, Valor, and coconut oil well

    • apply to any sore areas

  • make your own DIY muscle magic bath salts

    • 2 drops PanAway, 2 drops Peppermint, and 1 drop Valor

    • Mix well with 1/2 cup PLAIN epsom salts and 1/8 cup baking soda

    • Let sit for a couple hours then enjoy in a hot bath.

  • PanAway is labeled not to be used with children under the age of 6

Peppermint

  • sniff straight from the bottle for a headache and rest your eyes

  • apply anywhere you have pain and layer PanAway, Deep Relief, Cool Azul Pain Cream, and/or CBD Muscle Rub on top

  • depending on the resource you use, Peppermint is suggested not to be used with children under the age of 18 months or 2 years of age

Valor

  • rub on any bumps to help slow/stop bruising

  • rub along your spine to align body

OUTSIDE THE PREMIUM STARTER KIT

There are also quite a few oils outside the Premium Starter Kit that help with soothing pain. Deep Relief comes in a roller and is amazing for on the go. The CBD Muscle Rub and Cool Azul Pain Cream are also great for really getting in deep to help with any type of pain.
