Below, you will find the recipes (including instructions + materials) for each DIY recipe. You can use spray bottles, dropper bottles, rollers, etc. you have at home or purchase from anywhere. I’ve included links to some of my favorite materials for each recipe in case you’re not sure what to use. If you’re needing any other DIY materials, click on this HELPFUL RESOURCE.
With school beginning, this diffuser bomb is really going to be amazing! Add the drops above into a dropper bottle, and when you’re ready to diffuse, swirl and add 4-5 drops to your diffuser. You can also apply this topically when you need to focus - put a couple drops in your palm and add a couple drops of carrier oil before applying to the back of your neck.

When you’re feeling worried or overwhelmed, this spray will help you to be brave and keep positive things in mind! Add the drops above to a spray bottle, and top off with water. When you spray it, say your favorite positive affirmation.

These are some seriously amazing skin supporting oils! Peppermint helps to cool the skin while the other oils moisturize it. Mix the drops above with 1/4 cup coconut oil in a mason jar. Apply to skin after a day having too much fun in the sun.

This roller is great for helping everyone to stay above the wellness line. We know that Frankincense is great for us - Egyptian Gold is like liquid gold for wellness! Add the drops listed above to a roller bottle, and top off with carrier oil. Roll over your neck as needed.
